On Wednesday morning, June 27, 2012 our good friend Yusef Kurdi, 22, was in a very serious car accident on his back to school. He suffered severe head trauma, a punctured lung and a fractured collarbone. He was rushed to the hospital here in Bonaire where they attempted to stabilize him in order to airlift him to Aruba.

Once in Aruba he was put into a medically induced coma and further tests were performed. Yusef is currently suffering with a fractured skull and bleeding in his brain, which needs immediate surgery to repair. Unfortunately Yusef doesn’t have insurance and the hospital system in Aruba will not continue testing or treatment without pay nor will we be able to get him back to his home in Tampa where he can get the treatment he really needs.

At this time we are asking for any help you may be willing to offer. All donations regardless of size may help us contribute to his hospital bills as well as bringing Yusef home where he has the best chance of recovery. As this is a serious head injury, time is absolutely crucial. Please help us spread the word and raise the funds to bring our friend home, as soon as possible! Both money in any denomination and prayers in any form are needed and much appreciated!

Any Donations are appreciated
